Windows 2000 Incompatibility with Direct Digital Control Software:
Johnson Controls and Honeywell do not support Windows 2000 with their respective direct digital control systems. EECI has uncovered several problems caused by using Win2000 with the DDC software, from the inability to start the DDC software to function keys not working in HyperTerminal mode. These are just two of the problems we have  experienced when using Win2000 with the Johnson and Honeywell DDC software.  The only fix when the DDC software totally fails is to revert back to Win95 or Win98 operating system, and reinstall the DDC software.  A fix for the Hyperterminal problem is available by downloading Hyperterminal Private Edition: CLICK HERE
